OBJECTIVES: Yoga is becoming popular day by day. A wave of yoga is sweeping across the globe. To introduce yoga as a science of Holistic living and not merely as yoga postures, Paramhansa Samsthana has been offering this course over the last 3 decades all over the globe with great benefits. Now, Union Yoga Ayurveda, Singapore bring affiliated with Paramhansa Samsthana is bringing this course with the ambition to make the peoples treated through natural way as well as peoples may know the clinical importance of yoga. At the conclusion of this course, the students will be able to teach yoga to general public, to prevent diseases & disorders like- Diabetes mellitus, obesity, promote positive health with life style management and bring harmony and peace in the society.

**Holidays/vacations- Chinese new year- 10 days, Christmas / New year- 10 days and all calendar holidays of Singapore except Sundays
Week days (Monday to Friday)

Day Session- 10.00am to 3.00 pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 2 pm)
Evening Session- 7.00pm to 10.00pm

Saturdays Session- 9.00am to 2.30pm and 3.00pm to 8.30pm (Lunch break 12.30pm to 1.30 pm; DRT 2.30 to 3.00pm; Tea break 4pm to 4.30pm)
Sundays Session- 8.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 7.00pm (Lunch break 1.00pm to 1.30 pm; DRT 1.30 to 2.00pm; Tea break 4pm to 4.30pm)
